MALEGAON: A high-level delegation from the Jamiat Ulama-e-Maharashtra, led by State President Hazrat Maulana Halimullah Qasmi, visited ‘Makki Manzil’ in Niyapura, Malegaon, on Friday to inquire after the health of the organization’s district Vice President, Alhaj Mohammad Makki.
The five-member delegation arrived at the residence around 6:00 PM, following the Friday prayers on June 12, 2026. Accompanying the State President were several key dignitaries, including:

Warm Reception and Health Update
The delegation expressed immense relief and gratitude upon finding Haji Mohammad Makki in high spirits and significantly recovered compared to his previous condition. The leaders engaged in a warm conversation with the veteran leader and offered special prayers for his complete and speedy recovery.
The surprise visit of the State President sparked enthusiasm among local Jamiat members. Upon hearing of Maulana Halimullah Qasmi’s arrival, a large number of local office-bearers and workers gathered at Makki Manzil to meet the leadership and exchange views.
Following the traditional hospitality of the house, Haji Makki’s family, led by Abu Zar and Mohammad Rashid, hosted a formal dinner in honor of the visiting dignitaries.
Strategic Mobilization for July 12 Convention
Beyond the health visit, the meeting served as a platform for organizational alignment. Addressing the gathered leadership, Maulana Halimullah Qasmi urged the local cadre to ensure maximum participation in the upcoming Executive Committee meeting scheduled for July 12.
He reiterated the vision of the Central President of Jamiat Ulama-e-Hind, Hazrat Maulana Syed Arshad Madni, emphasizing welfare strategies for the community and the nation. Key local figures in attendance included:

Visit to Jamiat Headquarters
Following the Maghrib prayers, the delegation moved to the central office building of Jamiat Ulama-e-Malegaon. There, local volunteers and activists presented a comprehensive progress report on ongoing social and organizational activities to the State President.
The delegation concluded its brief but highly productive visit and departed from Malegaon at 8:00 PM after a final meeting with Haji Mohammad Makki.
Appeal for Prayers: In a joint statement, State President Maulana Halimullah Qasmi, General Secretary Maulana Mufti Mohammad Yusuf Qasmi, and Treasurer Maulana Ishtiaq Ahmed Qasmi have appealed to all members, well-wishers, and the general public to pray for the swift, complete recovery and long health of Haji Mohammad Makki, as well as all those suffering from illness.
