Dr. (Adv). Falaknaaz Shaikh has one of the most educate women one can ever come across. She has done her M.Com, LLB, LLM, NET-Criminology and she is also a PHD. She is currently I/c. Principal in Anjuman-I-Islam’s Barrister A.R.Antulay College of Law since 2017. She has also worked in several know education institutions like Kandivali Education Society Law College where she was a fulltime Assistant Professor and have been called as a visiting faculty in Kapol Vidyanidhi College, B.K.Shroff College, Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Law College, G.J.Advani Law College and New Law College. She has also practised Advocacy in Family Court Cases and Criminal Cases in 2009 and also conducted various lectures in schools across Mumbai under Skill Development Program of Association of Muslim Professionals on “Importance of Education in the Development of Muslims”
Dr (Adv) Falaknaaz is an introvert and believes in letting her work do the talking, her excellent teaching skills connects her with the students. With her motivation students aim to achieve beyond their capacity by setting higher realistic goals. She believes in empowering her student by identifying their potentials and directing them towards self-actualization. Her approach is very professional yet she has given it a human touch.

Beside nurturing students her other additional activities consists of Inception and active functioning of the Legal Aid Clinic under the supervision of District Legal Services Authority, Panellist in Lok Adalat, associated with University of Mumbai for LLM, Diploma Programs and Practical Training- Dissertation and Thesis. Study tour to Yerwada Prison-Pune, Taloja Prison-Navi Mumbai, Arthur Road Prison-Mumbai, Thane Prison- Thane etc. Study tour to various Police stations, Courts and Juvenile homes across the city and State.
