Mandarmani, West Bengal: The annual Urs of revered Sufi saints Hazrat Syed Shah Sadruddin Ahmed Chishti and Syed Shah Aftabuddin Ahmed Chishti was observed with great devotion at the Mandarmani Chishtiya Dargah Sharif in West Bengal. The five-day spiritual gathering drew thousands of devotees from across the region.

The Urs celebrations were organized under the aegis of the Mandarmani Chishtiya Dargah Sharif (Shamsul Aulia Nizamia Chishtiya State Committee), featuring prayers, spiritual discourses, and community participation reflecting the rich Sufi traditions of unity and harmony.

A major highlight of the event was a Sarv Dharm Sammelan, promoting interfaith harmony, where members of the Sufi Islamic Board and Sarv Dharam Khawaja Mandir Religious & Charitable Society took part alongside leaders from different communities.
In addition, a ‘Nasha Mukt Yuva for Viksit Bharat’ programme was conducted to spread awareness against substance abuse. During the event, a mass Nasha Mukti pledge was administered by Dr Sufi Raj Jain, with thousands of attendees pledging to support a drug-free society.
Speaking on the occasion, Mansoor Khan emphasized the importance of such initiatives.
