Iran Culture House Mumbai in Collaboration Dr.Rafiq Zakaria college for women organised ‘Peaceful Coexistence approach with the people of Tariqat in Sufism of India.’ at Aurangabad
One day International conference was organized by Cultural House of Islamic Republic of Iran, Mumbai on Saturday 3rd February in collaboration with Dr. Rafiq Zakaria college for women. Conference was held in the theme “Peaceful Coexistence approach with the people of Tariqat in Sufism of India.”
As all good things start with the name of God this program also started with the recitation of Holy Quran which was translated by Hafiz Danish, followed by introduction of the Chief Guest by Dr. Nilofer Shakir.
The keynote speaker and chief guest Mr. Mohammad Reza Fazel, Director, Culture House of Islamic Republic of Iran Mumbai in his key note address said, “Sufism spreads love, peace and equality among nations. One must choose the Sufi of their region as their ideal.”
Dr. Sayyed Mostafa Hussaini, Professor at Tehran University, Iran in his video message congratulated the organizers for organizing a conference on the topic Sufism which will spread kindness and humanity among people. President of the conference Dr. Maqdoom Farooqui stressed on establishing the connection between human and Allah and one must spend his or her resources for the betterment of humanity, according to him sharing resources is purification of oneself.
Proceeding of conferences was released by the hands of Director Mr. Mohammad Reza Fazel, President Prof. Maqdoom Farooqui and all dignitaries.
The inaugural session was attended by Daryush Zainabadi, Mumbai, Khudayar Attaie, Mumbai. Mr. Mohsin Naseri, Dr. Vidya Pradhan, Vice Principal, Dr. Quadeeruddin Chishty of the college. Principals of other colleges, staff and students. The convener of the conference Prof. Rafiuddin Naser, Co-convener, Mr. Abdul Samad Shaikh Co-ordinator Mr. Irfan Khan Saudagar welcomed the guests. Prof. Rafiuddin Naser conducted the proceedings of inaugural program. Vote of thanks was proposed by Mr. Abdul Samad.
